Deployment of hosts/hostesses for the launch of new automated service machines in foyers of over 300 Citibank branches in Germany during the branches' open hours.
• Allocation and training of over 100 promoters
• Five to seven action days per branch, over 1600 days total
Hosts/hostesses' duties:
• Explanation of the operation of the new machines
• Demonstrations of the differences and advantages of the new machines
• Distribution of informational flyers about the new machines
• Carrying out short interviews during less busy times
• Transition of customers into the consultation when necessary
